Parisa Jahan is the founder of Lexon Advisory.
Prior to founding Lexon Advisory, Parisa spent eight years as a Dutch litigation lawyer, most of it at one of the Netherlands' leading law firms. She advised clients in complex commercial and corporate disputes, frequently involving cross-border and asset recovery elements. Her practice encompassed class actions, shareholder disputes, contractual disputes, directors' and officers' liability and post-M&A disputes.
This experience gives Parisa a first-hand understanding not only of the legal issues at stake, but also of how complex disputes are managed, resourced and billed — enabling an independent perspective focused on strategy, efficiency and commercial outcomes.
